Congratulations to our School for their participation in Earth Hour this year!
ECE was a cavern of darkness for the entire day and the Room 1 students enjoyed listing everything that uses power in our classroom and shared kitchen. They took great delight in reminding me that I could not have a coffee at morning tea because the kettle uses power but also kindly decided that we could leave the fish tank pump on so that our fish could stay healthy (and alive!!).
It was a hive of discussion and they are likely to talk to you about participating in Earth Hour tomorrow night, between 8.30-9.30pm!
