On Sunday June the 5th, to celebrate World Environment Day, a group of keen parents got together to plant the seedlings allocated to the school by the Mundaring Shire.  Thank you,  Emily Stanton-Clements for organising the plant allocation!

We planted along the reserve that borders the highway in front of the school.  It was our aim to create more under-storey habitat among the lovely big trees that are already there.  We also planted around the seasonal pond at the base of the school.

We had lots of fun!

Big thanks to Darren & Oliver Turpin; Emily, Emily’s Mum, Cloudy,Arlo; Nicole, Mark, Neve & Joel AND Simon Cherriman!  Environmental super hero’s!!
