MultiLit, which stands for ‘Making Up Lost Time In Literacy’ aims to address the needs of students with reading disabilities and similar problems from preschool to high school age by providing an intensive, structured, systematic program of instruction in reading and related skills carried out within a Positive Teaching environment.
MultiLit was first used in 2012 by Mrs Jones, and has since been conducted by Mr Beckett, Mrs Murphy and others. Recently staff and parents were offered the opportunity to see what the programme was all about and how it worked, with an information session conducted by Mrs Murphy and Mr Beckett if you would like t
